This movie is the reason 4K physical media exists
This movie is fantastically restored. Both dolby atoms and vision, with 6 discs at the price of 36 dollars Canadian. This blew all my expectations. I am hope more film companies and directors will take notice and realize that upscaling popular classic movies is the way to go. I don't think it can get better then this. However, the future is yet to come to prove me wrong.

Reference 4K Ultra HD Blu -ray transfer
Superlative, reference quality 4K Ultra HD Blu-rad transfer in terms of the picture and the audio for Apocalypse Now: Final Cut (40th Anniversary Edition). The only caveat that prevented me from giving this a 5 star review is the packaging. The J-card supplied instead of a more protective full slip cover is inadequate to protect and secure the 3 sectioned gatefold disc holders, especially since there are two discs in each gatefold section, which given weight alone would have been more secure from bending the relatively thin cardboard, and would have better protected the exterior case from shelf ware as well as better protected the actual discs from dust.

Box was dinged up which is a shame because the movie is excellent and the design is gorgeous. Lots of extras included and price was reasonable. Shipped nicely so damage was probably already present before shipping
