I'm giving it 5 stars because it is incredibly good quality for the price. I bought it nervously because of the price and a few of the reviews. It's better than I even hoped for when I bought it. It's very important to install it properly and to leave the weight on the hose loose because you have to get the wait at the exact right spot on the hose after you install it. The location of the weight varies because of different types of pipe locations under the sink. I'm very happy with it, I have no idea how many years it will last but I hope for many.

Solid Choice, East to Install
This is our second faucet from this brand. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and ease of installation. It's attractive and we've never had any issues with it. I would totally recommend this faucet

Nice product, would recommend
Very nice product, well made with a nice brushed nickel finish. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the soap dispenser is very hard to screw on.

Faucet has never sat right, the nozzle always falls down no matter where we position the weight at the bottom. Which was annoying, but we could deal with it. Now 2 months after installing, there is a significant leak inside of the faucet itself and I have to replace it.

Very disappointed! After all of the work installing it, the spout just keeps hanging down! You have to get under the sink and adjust it, everytime. So disappointed!
