Fees added in the bill that wasn't mentioned
Was showed what I would owe monthly and what I owed that day. Got my bill and had an upgrade fee tacked on that was never mentioned along with surcharges and recovery fees. Upgrade fee was refunded but feel like I was again duped and lied to about the cost.
