the product came in just a few days and was packaged good. Set up was basic like most ipads and the huge screen helps with people who dont have the best eye sight.

Battery life is not so great.

All I can say is WOW. Glad I finally decided to bite the bullet and by the biggest and best. I absolutely love it, and just so you know this isn't always for the young people I'm 85 years old.

My old iPad mini battery went MIA & couldn't find replacement. So, I decided to get a newer model. Hopefully, this lasts longer the the old mini.

As another person stated... the battery is completely drained out of the box. These iPad Pro 12.9" Gen 6 (2022) models were produced late 2022 thru March 2024, and have been setting unsold since. I just opened mine 12/25/2025... had to plug in the power adapter and after 15/20 minutes it was showing as charging, and did charge to 100%. Looking at the warranty section under Settings, it does reflect as expired in 2024... I will have to call Apple Support and give them the serial number and will possibly have to email a digital copy of the Sam's Club receipt. Sam's is an authorized Apple retailer, and as such, the serial number and sales info should be uploaded by Sam's to the Apple system and carry over to the iPad automatically... guess I'll see. The warranty should be effective from my purchase date of 12/23/2025 through 12/22/2026. I should be able to purchase an Apple Care Extended Warranty, too... Will need to monitor the battery to try and determine if being drained to zero has any negative effect before the Sam's Return Period is up... The Gen 6 12.9" iPad is very nice. We'll see how it goes...

Just opened the package which was an early Christmas gift to myself. However, I thought I was ordering the "special" for the iPad Pro plus the iPad Pencil... so I cannot do what I wanted to do with it. (It was a Sam's Special offering at the time of my order.)

I really like the tablet. The only thing that I don't care for is the charging port is on the bottom when the tablet is standing up long ways and some of the apps I have on it won't play when it's upside down so that I can charge it , the charging port needs to be on the other side or on both sides so that you can charge it on either side.

If I could give it no stars I would it showed up the box looked a bit thrown around but it was sealed like a brand new one would be. So we opened it up and tried turning it on, nothing.. great, so we charged it for an hour and still nothing. Spending this much on an item just for it not to work at all is frustrating to say the least.

I never recieved my order. I talked to customer service, they told me they would give me a refund. the next day they sent me an email saying i should contact fedex. I don't not purchase from fedex. I will never order from walmart again. I have to dispute with my bank.
