I am very pleased with the MacBook Pro 1.4GHzi5 that I recently purchased. Easy use - new ports are smaller than the standard which I do not like - but I just got this to teach online and it has great visuals, sound - blue tooth and wifi connectivity. Just what I needed!

Touch ID, texting from it, Touch Bar, lightweight, it's just like an iPad without a touchscreen; sometimes I tap the screen because I think it is an iPad!

This will be my last Mac purchase. This unit requires that you buy numerous add on's, peripherals, cords, adaptors, etc., etc. etc. Apple is making a mint selling this stuff.Only 4 USB c ports. Cant find a cord that will work so had to by a $50 add on "port" just to use the hundreds if not thousands of dollars worth of gear that I use professionally to produce and record music. Their store is a total joke. Have to have an appointment for anything. Just to shop in the store you have to be supervised by one of their staff. The staff is clueless and not helpful. The "support" numbers are completely worthless. These kids sound like they are medicated or something. Slow response, could obviously care less. For over 20 years I've owned their products exclusively. Never again. They ripped me off on Logic when I had the bad judgement to upgrade the OS from a software update. Bottom line, too expensive, too many add ons that jack the price up further, support is a joke. Goodbye Apple. Good while it lasted but Im done!

Contrary to the description, this laptop is not the 2020 model but the 2019 model. I have checked on several sites including Best buy and Amazon. The 2020 model's processor M1. The 2019 processor is the Intel quad. Please stop misleading customers.
