The item was packaged well and arrived with some slight damage to the outer box that was no result to the seller. It was due to the shipper. Also, the keyboard that was sent with the product does not function with the O key, and I will be returning that keyboard once I initiate a customer service response otherwise product was as described and is working without any hiccups. I would definitely recommend this.
