The product is exactly what I wanted and the price was reasonable. Shipping was a little slow and I would have rather it could be picked up at the store. The cardboard carton was damaged, but fortunately the computer itself was fine. I would have liked more information about where to look for help during setup. I had some minor issues and had to hunt all over the Internet to find the right contact point to get support from Apple. Product and price were great, after-purchase support not so much.
