Hi, I just wanted to report that the laptop I received has several defects:
The screen is stained.
The frame around the screen is coming off and appears broken.
One of the keys is not original.
The battery drains very fast, takes a long time to charge, and the device gets hot when in use.
I had been traveling and didn't have a chance to receive or open the package until recently. I just started using it, and you can verify that by checking the usage history—it hasn't been used much at all.
Given these issues, I'd appreciate either a return or a partial refund/discount, depending on what you consider fair. Please let me know how you'd like to proceed. Thank you.
