Apple, A2757, iPad, Tablet, WiFi + Cellular 10th Gen, 256GB, Blue

This I Pad is so much faster with 5 G ! I like the ability to open with code or touch. It was easy to transfer all of my applications from my old I Pad.

I love my iPad 10th generation. As with anything it has pros and cons. The pros for me is it’s fast, the screen is larger and I don’t have to tap as hard to perform actions. It’s more powerful than my previous iPad, the 6th generation, which I also loved. The con for me is the lightning cable and charger are different than the 6th generation so I must buy an extra. I also had to buy an adapter so I can charge and pair my Apple pencil first generation with my iPad.

It came faster than I thought it will and well packaged in the box. It had no dents no nothing on the box inside which was perfect. The device is amazing and the color blue is gorgeous. Love that it no longer has a button in the middle and you have the whole screen just like the iPad Pro. Best part is the charger is now 100x better because it’s a rope like charger which doesn’t break as easy wish we can just walk in and return all our old charger for the new ones. Other than that this iPad is the best one for a child.

I love my new iPad, but the ordering process was difficult. It took me a couple of hours to complete what should have been an easy transaction. I tried to order through the app, but never could receive the text confirmation needed to complete my order. I then tried to order via chat and ran into difficulties until the connection was lost. Then I called and completed all of the steps until the very end when the man mentioned the installment agreement. I told him I just wanted to pay for it up front. After several minutes of consulting with whomever, I was told I could only do installments. Nope, disconnected that call. The online and chat version were going to allow me to pay, so why the hassle? Eventually I again tried the app version and used my daughter’s phone to receive the confirmation text. And voila! Transaction completed. What a pain.

Ft sound is distorted missing every other word

Walmart sold used ipad in a new and sealed package. Warranty was expired. Apple confirmed that. What a shame. They refused to replace with a new iPad and issued a refund.
