great value
Looked in perfect condition. Battery seems in good condition. Received in 100% full. Didnt charge it afrer using to 80%. Battery still up there. set up was not difficult but took me few hours. Mostly because I changed my phone number. did notice Face time didnt work right. person i called couldn't see me. looked for the camera button on edges but didn't seem to have one. I was told by my called person i needed to do that in order for them to see me.

iPad 5th generation
Second one I've bought for 2 different kids and love love them from the same carrier and mine a year or two was purchased from them. I love this company they never disappoint me

My Grandson was trying to set it up for me, but he said it kept saying I didn’t have enought storage,that why I just ordered one with 512 Gb. He will be over later an try again! I love them, but want them set up! ❤️

Ipad not working properly
I have been working about 7 days trying to go back and forth with AppleCare to get the FaceTime working on an iPad. I would have assumed the FaceTime would be the most popular feature and it will work automatically unfortunately this is not the case

Wouldn't recommend
Description states no damage to screen on iPad. Received it and it had a crack in the screen. Was a Christmas gift for my son and they refused to do anything about it.

Activation lock
They sold me an iPad with a activation lock on it my daughter can't even use it and since I created her a iCloud I can't use it because they haven't sent me an actual invoice of the iPad so I can send it to Apple
