Very simple and easy to use

Charged easily and quickly and simple to put together. Purchased to clean area rugs and wish it had more cleaning power

I recently retired to care for my disabled veteran, and having tools that make everyday tasks easier is very important to me. The Shark HydroVac MessMaster was extremely convenient, as it both sweeps and mops in one step, saving me time and effort and helping me keep our home clean with less physical strain. Unfortunately, the bottom carriage that covers the roller began to break off, and I can no longer use the machine. While it was very helpful while it worked, the durability of that part was disappointing.

I bought this product almost a year ago and it's horrible. I gotta take everything apart just for it to dry up and it still smells . I really thought this was gonna make cleaning floors easier and it actually made it more difficult cause of what I gotta do to get started and when i get done . So I barely used it . The charge doesn't last long . Once I'm done downstairs I gotta charge it cause it dying and the downstairs it only like 600 sq . This product is definitely not worth the money and time

For the price of this wet/dry vacuum, it is poor quality. After use, it leaks water all in the charging dock or on the floor where you have it. The battery does not last more than 30min before you have to charge it again for 4 hours. When vacuuming, it doesn't pick up debris very well where you have to go over it several times. Sometimes I have to just pick up the piece of dog hair or debris because it doesn't suck it up. It doesn't put out much water and solution either when using it. I've used both settings and find myself bringing out my mop and bucket. The solution it comes with smells great, but it only lasts for maybe 10min and doesn't make the kitchen smell clean and refreshing like a mop with solution would. I would definitely look into another wet/dry vacuum and avoid this one for the price.

I would love to give this thing 0 stars if possible. This thing doesn't dry vaccum so you can't use it on area rug cause it will make rug wet everytime you vaccim. 1st I brought the shark hydroduo, I opened it and immediately noticed there was absolutely no space for dust and water collecting it didn't even have a holder. I drove back to the store and returned it same day and brought this one because I was like okay I will spend more money and at least will have better function. I brought this home and now another problem . In today's world everyone uses area rug. So they expect us to keep buying vaccum. I brought a 2 in one so I don't need a separate mop and now I need a separate vaccum instead.

I used this 3 times. The first time it worked good. The second and 3 rd time it didn't suck up the water from the floor. It left puddles of dirty water on my floor. Yes I cleaned it out very well. I would have added the pictures of water but it didn't allow me to.

I had been searching for a wet-dry vacuum for a while, and my fiancé gifted me the Shark HydroVac for Valentine's Day. Although it wasn't one of my top 4 choices, I was grateful for the gift. Due to a month of family medical emergencies, school, and work, I only recently had the chance to assemble it. Unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing. The sensors are misreading the tank levels claiming the dirty tank is full and the clean tank is empty when I didnt even use it yet. Even with the 'booster' mode on, it failed to remove stains that I easily wiped away with a baby wipe. Water was coming out clean despite using it on a high traffic area. There is also water on the chargi g deck when placing the vacuum to charge. The battery life is very poor despite a full overnight charge. I really wanted to love this gift, but it simply isn't performing. The price does not match performance. Very sad.

I was so excited about my Shark Hydrovac when I first bought it. But it has been NOTHING but a pain in the butt. I use the self-cleaning option and then I take it apart and clean the removal pieces and let dry everytime I clean. But it continuously spits dirty water on the floor, it can not pickup spills without just spreading it around, and it's constantly cutting off saying the dirty water is full, even when the tank is completely empty. I've checked for clogs and there are none. I wish I would've waiting and bought something better but we've loved Shark products in the past and thought this would be a great tool. But I have been very disappointed. The box was thrown away so there's no way to return it.

I bought in September and do not like at all. I still have to swiffer mop to get a close clean under kitchen cabinets. Also, I have to clean out water each time, making the process longer and messier when I was trying to make my job easier by getting this. I have to clean the vacuum/mop brush manually after each use or it is incredibly stinky for the next use with just the regular clean cycle sitting on the charging pad. It leaves water streaks and does not have a sufficient vacuum to clean my short pile area rug. Also, my area rug is now ruined from the amount of water it uses.
