Received it within a few days. Just as described and in great shape. Very good deal.

Received the iPad it looks great and works great so far. Listing shows it’s a 4th gen but the iPad I received is a 2nd gen not a big issue though only reason for 4 and not 5 stars.. It works and my phone company was able to connect it to my account.

It was not the 4th gen as advertised. It was the 2nd gen. I was a little disappointed but it is still a great iPad.

I received the ipad poorly packaged. there was a scratch on the back. It had no charge upon retrieval, and there is a white charging port with a black usb cord. i understand it's a restored ipad, but when paying the same amount as the insurance charges, we should at least receive the proper Apple essentials that go with (charger).

There was a couple of deep scratches on the screen. Scratches on the back of the iPad. It was also locked. Had to go and get it unlocked. Was also squished into a slimmer box.

It's in great condition but I got mailed the 2nd generation, not the 4th…

The Restored 2022 Apple 11-in iPad pro Wi Fi Cellular 256GB Space Gray (4th Generation) seemed to have arrived in perfect condition. At first I thought “Great Buy!”. Until I realized that It wasn't even a 4th generation as advertised. I had been sent a A2068 which is a 2020 2nd generation. When I called the 3rd party seller with LLC BuySPRY %26 let them know that there had been a mix up. They made it clear that their company doesn't even have a 4th Generation for sell. That's when I started to notice many of Wal-Marts 3rd party sellers are lying about their IPads. “Go ahead fellow consumers, take a look for yourself! If you pay real close attention you'll notice that many of the best priced newer iPads that really catch your eye, are not as advertised. In many cases, the iPads that are shown in products picture will not match their description. As many of you, Apple lovers would know it can be a hard task to know the difference between a second generation, third generation, %26 fourth generation iPad Pro just by picture, but quite easy to know the difference in person. Especially, if you just restored the product.” I thought why would they do this. Then I learned that it can take 2-3weeks to get your refund when buying from a 3rd party seller. I'm not sure if most of you are like I am, but when you're excited about getting a new iPad. Which in my case is worth half the money I make a month. The realization that you will now have to wait another half month or more. Can leave a person a bit in their feelers, especially when they find out it's due to some company that misrepresented their product. A person would assume “Easy Mistake” while they're still under the presumption that said company sells many of these types of devices “Right?”. “Nope!” Just to find out that said company, doesn't even sell the particular device in the first place… said company has no way to even honor what they said they were selling in the first place much less for the perfectly low price that just happens to be actually a decently high price for the actual product that they sold. <“Seems Sketchy” Anyways, this is just my opinion… Please, now if you would like to go make your own opinion. The condition was not as described, and further the model was not as described. There are scratches that are both visible from more than 12 inches away and dings perceptible to touch. In addition, the description says the 2022 Model includes the M2 Chip, and I received the 2020 model.

This is not a 4th gen iPad. It’s 2nd generation. Model A2228

It has lot of problems like chargers issue it wsa not working in any another charger c-type and the package is very poor quality package
