phone is unlocked ,phone need charge to turn on. one year Apple care is expired.

Arrived with 0% charge, I think that's normal though, came with a lightning cable and no charging block. It's been stuck for the last 5 hours on the software update, making it completely useless until it snaps out of it. Might have to go to an iphone store, which for me is very difficult considering my mode of transport is not via car. If the phone works though, easily 4 stars. I'm a Walmart associate.

Waste of money does not work at all doesn't charge or turn on! I exchanged it for another one and they sent me the same phone back still jot working so I went in person to return and they were making its seem like it was my fault and there's nothing they can do no refund no exchange because it doesn't turn on but I received it like that!! Do not buy phones from Walmart!!!

Brand new inbox, but battery would not charge at all. When I called customer service they stated that when Walmart was in possession of the phone a replacement would arrive in 2 days. Walmart received the phone on Monday 6/30/25 and I have not received the replacement yet as of 07/04/25. The reps on the phone were very pleasant but I still don't have a phone. Can't leave a photo without a phone!

I ordered this product twice. Both times it will not turn on. the apple sign appears as if it's turning on and then the screen goes black. Then the apple sign appears again then it goes black again and it continue indefinitely. I returned and got a brand new one thinking maybe the first one was broken and had the exact same issue with the second brand new one.

Walmart is a scam. I placed an order with them for 2 of these items, but I only received one and customer support does not help at all. Don't order from walmart when the deal is too good, straight up garbage.

Out of 3 phones bought 1phone works yet Walmart has a policy “1 per person” , not worth the headache to buy %26 return. Would NOT recommend

The phone doesn't want to turn on or charge. The most complicated thing is that I send it as a gift to someone in Argentina and now to return it, it doesn't arrive on time.
