The only way to hear a conversation on this used phone is to put it on speaker. Looks good as new. I had to do an update before it would let me select a region to install any info on it. I almost sent it back, and probably should have, but I will try to accept the speaker flaw, since it was used!

Love the phone hate the battery. I need to buy a new replacement. Cost anywhere from $18 to $89 depending where you purchase or how you purchase the phone.

I love its multifunction ability,speed and strength.this are just a few things I have noticed and loved but I know there more to this device that am yet to explore

Well so far it seems the speaker is not as loud as my old phone when playing music. It came with the wrong charger. Idk if the earbuds work. And I think I can only talk on speaker but it was a bit of a hassle to get set up so now that it's set up after 3 days I'm planning to keep it and hope for the best.

I can't hear holding phone to ear but works fine with speaker phone. Volume is turned all the way up and I can't figure why it sounds muffed, very low so I have to use speaker which is inconvenient when having a private or sensitive conversations. Frustrated to say the least to get it all set up and realize it's flawed sound/volume or whatever it may be because all else good so far expect that and I'd like to have privacy.

It's nice. At first it looked new. Then I noticed a lot of scratches on screen and back! So be ware, nused means your getting a used phone. Not good at all!

The description mentioned as a used phone in good condition however did not mention about the screen which has been replaced with a non-original Apple screen that the iOS has detected. This information has been clearly hidden. Although the phone is working right I am planning to return the product and report to Walmart about it.

Ive been trying to call people and they can not even hear me. I even tried to voice record my self and i couldnt hear anything except me blowing into the mic i am highly disappointed in my purchase i will not reccomend to other people and i will be conducting a refund this is not OK at all Bad for your business
