I ordered an iPhone 11 , condition was fair. Had a few scratches on the back. Screen was in good condition and I paid the $20.00 extra to get a new battery and the battery was brand new with 100% charge capacity. Overall very good buy I would purchase again

The iPhone 11 performs admirably, delivering reliable performance and a smooth user experience. However, a notable downside is its susceptibility to scratches, which are visible from a distance on the glass back and aluminum frame. While the phone's functionality remains strong, the visible scratches are a bit disappointing.

I haven't carried an iPhone for years and never a personal (vs work-issued) one, though I've bought them for family members. I just got my first set of hearing aids and had trouble pairing them with my android phones, so iPhone for the win! Worked like a charm. It arrived in very good condition (it was not explicit that it was refurbished but given the value pricing and age of the model it was more or less assumed), on the expected date and works perfectly. My only complaint is that when bought knew I understand they come with earbuds or at least the lightning -> aux connector for same, this did not.

When I got it I plugged it up to charge so I could transfer my stuff to it but it wouldn't charge. I tried 4 different chargers and none of them worked. I wouldn't recommend purchasing at all.

Right out of the package, the phone wouldn't hold a charge! Also the volume would fluctuate (constantly) to low low volume!! Called the company that refurbished the phone over 20x within a week leavening just as many voicemails and never getting a response! Very disappointed! Now after have the phone for a few months and calling time and time again my screen has cracked due to swelling of the battery!
