Great phone
Great phone. It said open box but I believe it to be used as to checking the battery life it was only 84% and that goes down with use. Meaning at 100% charge it will only be 84%. So therefore it could not have been unused. Other than that it is fine with no issues.

Battery awful.
This is my second iPhone 12 mini; I love this phone. However, I did not feel that I was made aware that I'd turn the phone on and immediately see a motivation for the battery. After clicking said notifications I was made aware that my “ battery health is significantly degraded, and Apple authorized service provider can replace the battery to restore full performance and capacity.”

Physical shape of the phone is pretty good. Works as it should. Main problem is that it has an already bad battery. So it dies faster than it should.

battery that came with phone, is not what i consider should be .,being sold as a open box battery capacity should be well above 80% if i was to keep the phone have to get a new battery not what expect when buying a phone

Never ordering Refurbished from Walmart anymore
Phone wasn't open box!!! It was more like Refurbished. Why lie for people money? The screen was lifting as well! They redid the iPhone as well because it wouldn't come off the settings. Apple red iPhone. 12 mini.

could not set up phone it would not connect to the enternet. The phone looked nice but couldn't get it to work so I returned it
