Apple iPhone 13 128GB Pink

The screen has better details. It is a little faster. It is a-little liter than my XR was. I wish the pink was a darker shade on the back. The camera is better, especially on the front camera and dark mode. Overall I like the design, but it wasn't a dramatic upgrade like I hoped. The battery lasts a day longer than my old phone. If iPhone pro max had other color options I would of probably picked that one.

It's okay. I don't see much difference from the last couple of iPhones. The notch is a little smaller not much different though. I like the new color pink but as far as functionality it is the same as the 12 to me. Battery life is not much better. I feel like I'm charging the same amount as with the 12 and I had the 12 mini!

It overheats, the UI is tiny. I try to click on buttons like “clear” on the home screens for notifications and nothing happens. So some buttons and links do not not work.

Feeling like a downgrade from the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 which is over 4 years old. For something simple, you can't go wrong with the iPhone, but the Samsung flagships seem more robust. Cons: -No fingerprint reader - facial recognition falls short when face is partially blocked or in the dark. Androids have facial/iris/fingerprint recognition whereas Apple only has facial recognition. -No multitasking. I am already missing the ability to watch something on Youtube and text someone or browse something at the same time. -Notch blocks off video and occasionally there is the volume or something too close that prevents me from selecting what I want on the screen. This makes it feel clunky. -Less customizable - previously could double up on use of an icon with swipe vs tap. Icons can only be sorted and not organized to different spots on the screen. Pros: -Better trade-in value -Efficient process does not require as much processing power to work.

The fact that the phone does not come with a charging plug and has to be bought separately is very poor customer service in my opinion given the price charged.

I've used Apple products for many years with another carrier and had very consistent service. After a falling out with that carrier, we switched to US Cellular. This iPhone is in SOS mode more than it is not. At first I thought maybe it was just this phone, but my husband's phone is constantly in SOS mode and so is my daughters. We've heard from other US Cellular customers that they're experiencing the same. It's very disappointing and I plan on switching back to my old carrier next year.

It's not the pink I was looking for you really have to look really hard to see that the phone has pink on it. It's technically white. Also, my phone freezing a lot and I have only been having it for a week now never dropped it or had it near any water, nothing… So it only get two stars because of the camera features.

New phone (not refurb) arrived from ATT On line order broken (DOA). Receiving a broken phone is a pain, but the real pain was dealing with ~7 different ATT departments, through 7-8 phone calls, on replacing the broken phone. After 3 weeks since placing the original order I still don't have a replacement phone. At this point ATT warehouse has received the new, broken, phone and I think will give a credit within the next week. ATT did not handle this well.

I ordered online and learned once i got in the store that my old phone wouldn't be given the credit of 350 unless i switched plans. That is a bait and switch.

I honestly don't mind the phone itself however I think because of the company the phone keeps running super hot. It's not connecting sometimes so it'll just randomly say I have no service and then come back and it runs really slow and it's very glitchy. Sometimes my screen freezes.
