Best iPhone yet! I've had exclusively iPhones since the iPhone 4, and every new version just far exceeds the previous version. This time i went from iPhone 11 Pro Max to the 13 Pro Max, not expecting too much of an improvement, but once again, Apple showed just how much better they can become!
So far I am enjoying everything about this phone. The size is great, especially when you have the otter box case with the pop socket. I love the camera and the different modes and filtering that is available to use. It definitely seems to be a great fit for me.
I upgraded from an iPhone 8 Plus, all I can say is wow, for me this is a big upgrade. I was very happy with the entire preorder process and the delivery was right on time! I chose this iPhone for three reasons, one being that I'm a photographer and when I don't have my camera with me I can capture some really amazing photos with the pro cameras. From wide angle to zoom to macro, I love them! I haven't experimented with the new video capabilities, I look forward to that. The second reason is that I'm a klutz, the iPhone 13 has a tougher screen, I have broken four other screens so far. Thirdly, for 5G, my iPhone 8 was not 5G capable. Also the Sierra Blue color is really nice, it's a little something different, and the battery life is amazing compared to my iPhone 8. I am super happy with my purchase!
Best new iPhone of the year. The photos taken on this device will have people asking you if you took them off a camera or an iPhone? That's how good these photos are!!
I Love my new iPhone 13 Pro Max, the blue Sierra color looks great. I wish it could have come with the plug-in in the box with it, and not have to pay for it separate, other than that I Love it.
Love the new phone! Switched from Samsung to Apple and wish I would have done this years ago. Highly recommend for anyone thinking about getting an upgrade.
A lot of the features are amazing but the only thing is that Siri hardly works half the time. Out weighting the pros and cons it is definitely worth the buy. All other features are splendid; camera quality is top notch, volume and speakers are loud and clear, no software delays. An extraordinary feat!
Need to know that the camera sticks out from the back of phone and is weighted. I tend to always grab my phone upside down because of this. I would suggest this to be a design flaw and recommend this piece sitting flush with the back. The screen is super sensitive to touch, I find myself making mistakes when texting, it picks up any inadvertent touches. iOS 15 is awesome, but you don't need this phone to enjoy it!! Mag - saf - my accessories have not arrived yet… accept my clear case, I can't wait to attach the mag safe wallet and they have a pop socket one also. The phone still doesn't turn up as loud as I would like it to. The 13 pro max is a great size for me, although a little heavy. It is a tad bigger than my iPhone 11 Pro Max. I want to give credit to the manufacturers that are making TRUE edge to edge screen protection AND blue light filter all in one. It is 5G and super fast, beautiful images watching movies. I have the Signature Elite Unlimited plan- highly recommend it. It has 40 gigs for a hotspot without slowing down. (can I get a shout out for the people who travel with kids!!!!) I do wish they would do the same for IPad users. I hope this review helped, I always like to read reviews. ( Texas Owner)
The product itself is great. The shipping was horrible. The phone was out for delivery and then was “lost” only to be shipped half way across the county and then return. When we tried to activate them we had to end up calling. The agent informed us to swap SIM cards however the documentation states “do not use the old SIM card” 2 phone calls later we were able to activate the new SIM cards. Instructions in the box said that a kit for returning your device would arrive in 10 days…..no kits arrived, called ATT again and they said we were supposed to return them in the boxes the new ones arrived in. Please update your information
It was a night mare to get this to work The tech at ATT do not know what they are doing they got this phone to work but shut my off I was on the phone with them over 5 hr
