This is a great product except it doesn't have the screen protector like ad said it had. But other than that it's great works really well

Shipping information did not update, I contacted Tekcoo, and they promptly replied that it may have gotten lost in transit, and that they will refund me, and if it comes to just keep it. They promptly refunded me, and about 4 days later the case arrived. I felt guilty keeping it, but I really needed a good case for my new iPhone 14 Pro Max, I had dropped it 4 times without a case… So, thank you Tekcoo for your integrity, great customer care, quick response, and genuine concern. I will definitely be ordering future products, and have told my family and friends to order from you as well. Genuinely appreciative!

Case looks good, very sturdy but MISSING BUILT-IN SCREEN PROTECTOR. So now I have to go buy one. Really wish it wouldn't have showed that in the preview.

I will give one star. It came with no Hard-Plastic Front Layer- I will start the retuning process.

Didn't fit my 14 Pro Max for the fact the cutout for the camera lenses was too small %26 would not go around all 3 lenses %26 because of that issue the case could not be put together as it was hitting across 2 of the 3 lenses instead of resting next to them as the proper fit should %26 it's too much of a hassle to return stuff so it just went in the trash

Does not fir the phone
