Shipping information did not update, I contacted Tekcoo, and they promptly replied that it may have gotten lost in transit, and that they will refund me, and if it comes to just keep it. They promptly refunded me, and about 4 days later the case arrived. I felt guilty keeping it, but I really needed a good case for my new iPhone 14 Pro Max, I had dropped it 4 times without a case… So, thank you Tekcoo for your integrity, great customer care, quick response, and genuine concern. I will definitely be ordering future products, and have told my family and friends to order from you as well. Genuinely appreciative!
