Easy Transfer to New Phone Using eSIM
The improvements on the Apple 14 are awesome! The best part was bypassing a busy ATT store and long waits, by being able to easily transfer info from one phone to another, using e-SIM!

Best decision Ever made!
I purchased this phone in hopes of expanding everything needed with Files, storage, and memory. Sticking with an iphone in hopes of taking care of my personal and professional needs in life will always remain my most valuable asset!

Difficult for elderly to activate screen
Similar to previous phone in operation and size, this is good, teaching elderly people about technology is difficult. Still a challenge with screen recognition of his finger on screen pushes too long or too short. Frustrating to operate sometimes generally because of this issue.

Issues with volume control
New phone and volume button has a mind of its own! Adjusts down constantly. I will turn it up wait a second or two and recheck it for it to only have lower led the volume again and again. Even turning off the button controls does not keep this from happening! Ugh!

resolving issues
resolving an issue is extremely difficult. I love the customer care team approach but getting a different person each time and people closing tickets prior to resolution is not acceptable. I spent weeks and over 40 hours on the phone to resolve my issue. the fix came with tech support in Mexico fixing something in the att system. I have 6 phones and have been a loyal customer for over 25 years.

Poor haptics adjustments
The Apple iPhone 14 - 128GB is basically the same as the iPhone 13 I had. What I don't like is I can't seem to increase the sound or feeling of the haptics, which is very annoying, because when I have my phone silenced, I used to still feel the buzz and hear the buzz, but now I don't~

Like the phone a lot, but you told me the monthly bill would be 77.00 and it isn't so I am not happy I could of gotten phone for free from Verizon
