The phone had a little dent in the side when I received it. But it's barely noticeable. Also, battery dies fast. It was used before so I kinda expected something like that. Other than that, it's been great. I've had it for almost a week now.

Battery dies fast and sometimes sound won't work

The phone seemed great until it told me that it had no storage left and no matter what I tried to clear ( when you looked at the storage it said that it had plenty of space) I could not use my camera or music. I returned the phone to Walmart the very next day and I still have not received my refund a week later. I've contacted the seller and they have not responded.

Iphone 6 looks like it have if it been drop many time. So many scratches and 2 dents. I would not recommend this seller. How can you sell this to someone. I'm still waiting for a respond. Sad thing this is a 3rd party seller all return/exchanges has to go through them not walmart.

I had already replaced the sim card and transferred everything over to this phone before I realized that the external speakers on the phone were blown... it obviously sounded terrible. I had to pay for return shipping because the company failed to "refurbish" the speakers on the "refurbished" phone. I ended up buying a new phone altogether at T-mobile because this company did not want to replace the phone with one that actually had been "refurbished". There were minor scratches, I don't mind that because I put a nice case over my phones anyways, but blown speakers are a deal breaker for me. Then there was the hassle of shipping it, switching a new phone over again, getting my refund for the warranty I bought on the phone etc. It wasn't worth it for me, but maybe you will get lucky?

Refurbished vs Used: "Depending on the refurbishment process, whole pieces of the device might be replaced (i.e., screen, case, power supply, etc). As a result, refurbished devices are typically 'like new' when completed." IN THIS CASE THE PHONE I RECIEVED IS MORE LIKE "USED" The back of the phone was so scratched up. Very very tacky looking. unfortuneately my son has no patience and doesn't want to return it for a refund or replacement otherwise this would be returned for a refund because I will never buy from this seller again. How do you package this and not notice the damage on the case?? I will be buying a second phone for myself and I'm going to take my chances with "LIKE NEW" And a different seller, think I'd be better off.
