Apple Lightning Digital AV Adapter - Lightning to HDMI adapter - HDMI / Lightning

I rated this Apple Lightening adapter 5 stars because I had previously ordered generic product and it was not compatible with my iPad. So after that I decided I would order the Apple product.It works perfectly. And I haven't had any problems. I'm on to watching my movies from iPad to tv. Sometimes it's better to go ahead and pay more for a particular product.

Even though it's 2017 my husband and I can't get real internet at our home (just crazy expensive satellite internet with ridiculous data caps!) This meant we had to be very specific about streaming anything through our Roku player. However recently we were able to get unlimited data through our phones and decided to find something to directly connect our phones to the tv. That's when we discovered the Apple Lightning Digital AV Adapter, we were worried that it would have a block through some streaming networks (as many adapters we looked at did), but this adapter has quickly become the most used item in our home! We can stream through any major streaming app (we use Netflix, Hulu, ABC, HGTV, NBC, etc.) with no hiccups, just plug it into the HDMI cord, hit play and go! It's the perfect solution for people wanting to use their cellular data for streaming. And you can also charge your phone while it's plugged in so you aren't killing your battery. The only 2 downsides we've found are: 1) The device you're using for streaming cannot be used for other things at the same time. 2) With our living room set up, someone has to get up to press play between each episode or if you receive a call while streaming as it will automatically pause your video. My husband and I have been binge watching so many things that we haven't been able to keep up on since moving to our new home and this was the perfect find for our needs. Highly recommend!

Love this! I first got this product for work. I needed away to play videos on my IPad through a projector. It worked great, much easier then transferring the video to a computer. I then realized I could use it to play Netflix on my tv with no internet connection. I now have away to watch Netflix on pretty much any tv. It works with both my IPhone and IPad.

It took me a while to find exactly this connector. It's $50 at the Apple Store. It was $42 at Amazon. Then I thought why not try WalMart. Found it for $39.99 +tax. Two day free delivery. Yes!

bought this to watch prime on my tv instead of my phone. works great. i like that i can charge my phone as i watch and wish i had purchased it sooner.

Works great for anything on my iPhone to the tv and a bigger screen. Have cut the cord and stream all of my entertainment using cell phone data. The Digital AV Adapter allows me to use all of my premium cell phone non hotspot data.

I was very satisfied with this product, I received it quickly and it was exactly what I needed. The product was easy to use all I did was plug the hdmi into my tv and then plug my iPhone SE into the other end and in seconds I was able to watch all my shows from my apps on my TV. This product is perfect for older TV models that do not have the smart or able to connect to the internet. The price was also very affordable.

Worked great just like a wanted I wish it wasnt almost 50$ but thats apple for you and before this I was using hotspot to cast to my tv and using ungodly amounts of data this saves me so much data and you can plug your charger into it while using to charge your device as well

This item works great on my iPhone 7 plus. I'm able to mirror my phone onto my HDMI TV. Great for watching movies!
