Was in great shape. Would never know it was used. works amazingly. Did have one issue with set up though but to no fault of the seller. Just can't put your apple ID in till after set up, or it won't let you agree to terms and conditions.

I just received this MacBook-Pro several days ago. Price was great, shipped as scheduled, arrived in very good condition and is working very well so far. Yes I am very pleased at the present time. If it holds up as well as my I-Mac did, which is so old it will not update, I will be more than happy. Thank you WM

This is an older model Macbook Pro with an upgradeable operating system. It arrived very fast but was a pain in the butt to set up. You must make sure all current updates are downloaded prior to set up ir the screen will freeze. The laptop does come with a very nice charger and the exterior had next to no blemishes. The screen is not scratched or smudged and has a very sharp display. Overall, I am happy with this purchase. The only reason for a 4 star rating is because there is no tech support to contact to help with set up issues.

I was fine with the case to cover the scratches. However, the description should have included the pressure mark on the center of the screen.

I rate this a 0 out of 10 it was so old I don’t believe they still sale this product and it took a while to come on and to shut down. It also is very heavy feel like you holding a desktop computer. I was getting it for my 17yr old for Xmas and I sent it back the same day it was delivered.

Did not come with any instructions. Box contained only laptop wrapped in single sheet of bubble wrap and off brand charger that did not fit laptop. Walmart did not carry charger so had to pay over $100.00 for charger and cord, sold separately, at Best Buy.

Was sold a broken piece of junk still waiting to hear about my return had it literally 30 days and the screen started flickering kept popping up with notifications of an error and then eventually locked me out of the screen saying my password was incorrect although it isn't and won't let me reset it at all.

At first I thought I got a good deal. I use the computer for online work. No programs or any pictures even transferred and this computer is beyond slow. I purchased the warranty plan but if they can't fix this issue I'm probably going to return it. Computer overall in good condition just super slow.

It is a used computer. Refurbished. Understand this but when you start the computer and 2 min later it reboots itself. Somebody didn’t check this machine very well

We wasn’t able to use the MacBook because the settings wasn’t set for us to use United States English. We couldn’t even set it up.
