Apple - Pre-Owned Excellent iPhone 12 5G 128GB (Unlocked) - Purple

I've had this refurbished iPhone 12 for about a month, and everything seems to work as if it were purchased new. Battery holds charge, facial recognition is a huge plus, and I love this phone. Plus the price was I expensive, highly recommend this product.

Could be in better overall shape and a new battery should have been installed. That said, it works well and I had very little trouble getting it working. All apps and data transferred with no problems. It's a good upgrade from my old iPhone 10.

This phone has been good so far. The edges of the phone arrived quite dinged up which is why I gave it 4 stars but you can't see that with the case on and the screen and everything seams fine so far. I have only had it for a few days but hopefully it will continue to work great!

I finally upgraded my trusty old iphone 7 with a nicely-refurbished iphone 12. I am retired- and don't need the latest or greatest phone, (I've never taken a selfie in my life- and lots of people should follow my lead) so this was a good affordable option for me.

Very pleased with my phone and the amount of time that it took to get to me was very sharp. The only thing is it does not stay charged very long and I cannot get it to fully charge unless I charge it for a very long time.

Something is wrong with this phone! I cannot get internet I have talk to my provider at least six times in the past week done everything reset reboot pull the SIM card out everything the thing doesn't work

Phone arrived in condition expected. However, upon adding it to my Apple Acct was notified the Battery and Display needed : Restart & Finish Repair. Have attempted this twice and have not been successful at resolving this. Have sent a message asking for a solution. Hope to get a response offering how to remedy or will be returning the phone. I have purchased from you before without issues and hope to find an agreeable resolution with the least amount of frustration and delay on this purchase. Refund, return or send a replacement.

The battery life came below 79 percent supposed to be doesn't have the storage it says it comes with i found all of this out and they won't let me exchange/return it

Phone screen did not work. Ordered for my daughter's birthday. So happy I opened it before to check it out. Screen would not work at all. It appeared to be in good condition but screen wouldn't do anything.

They really don't care as long as they get paid. it arrived already has scratches on sides of phone and no charger.
