The phone was just as I expected. A little bit of scratches around the sides no scratch or crack on the screen it was very good and the battery health isn’t bad either i’m very impressed.

‘Good’ condition was a stretch. Ultimately, we kept the phone but I would not purchase a used phone again unless it said ‘like new’ the screen was completely scratched up. Some were deep enough to feel with your finger tips. I am concerned about the integrity of the screen. I guess we shall see. The back of the phone wasn’t a huge deal because a cover will be used but there was obvious signs of it being dropped multiple times. A case would have needed to be purchased anyway due to all the rough edges. The ports and speakers are filled with dirt and debris. I feel like the seller made no effort to clean the phone at all. In my opinion, it should have been graded as Fair and a good $75 less than it was. Very disappointing

The phone had more than the normal wear tear with dents that reached the screen. The battery was also at the minimal limit of acceptability at 77%. This phone was not in good condition. It should have been listed in fair to bad condition cosmetically with battery at 77%. The message when you go to battery health indicated that it should be changed.

Do not buy refurbished phones from Walmart. It is the biggest waste of money! I bought this phone in December 2024 for $335. My son started complaining a month ago that the phone was shutting off and acting strange. Last week the screen literally separated so it now opens like a book. The phone isn’t working and if it does turn on it overheat so it’s a fire hazard. Walmart didn’t offer an extended warranty when I bought it because I tried to get one. I contacted Walmart customer service and of course they told me gosh you’re out of the 30 day warranty. Allegedly they reached out to the seller of this phone and told me I would hear something within 48 hours. I have heard nothing. Do not ever waste your money buying any refurbished technology from Walmart. You might as well go to the nearest toilet and flush that money down the toilet. I need to have my money refunded so that I can then spend it at Walmart on a brand new phone with a warranty. If Walmart won’t make this good, I will make sure I never spend another dollar of my money qthere..

Thought this would be good due to some good reviews I seen but it was in really bad shape.Even though the title states “very good condition” it’s not.Dents on all 4 corners aswell as a scratch on the screen.I was so excited to get this phone just to be let down.Going to apple to buy one new.

The worst purchase I have ever made at Walmart, please do not buy here since they hire thief carriers who steal the product such as ON TRAC. I ordered a cell phone which never arrived, only the charger arrived and Walmart never responded for this inconvenience. I contacted them and they were rude people who do not care that I lose $400 without having a product, the boxes came tampered with and with another tape that is not the Walmart one, I will never buy through this application again

Received the phone, hooked it up. Experienced problems from the start. Spent 3 weeks between Walmart, Synergy (who only communicates in text), T mobile, and Apple. Finally, Apple indicated that it is a stolen item and also reported as water damaged. Walmart, thus far has recommended that I return the STOLEN product to the THEIVES for a refund. READ THAT AGAIN. Does this make ANY sense to anyone?? Still pursuing the matter with Walmart. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I ordered this iPhone because it said it was on good conditions and it has a lot of scratches and the screen has little mark that looks like a crack

So first off I am aware that I paid $300 for it BUT the screen was not original and it wasn’t even set up correctly. In the iPhone settings it asked me if I wanted to complete the screen installation so essentially they sold me a phone that they didn’t even complete installing the screen for. I understand it’s cheaper than a better condition iPhone but I would have appreciated ACTUAL pictures of whichever phone I was receiving. And that they would write in detail what is wrong with it.. definitely felt deceived. And even though $300 may not seem like much, it is $300 so it’s not like I got it for $50. The phone also kept popping up a little icon then it goes away then reappears so I had to turn it off then turn it back on. I don’t appreciate the fact that you don’t really know what you’re getting until it arrives in the mail. I should have paid attention to the other bad reviews and just not have ordered it in the first place, I’m still waiting on a refund.
