I think 24 for a charging cable that is obsolete is totally stupid but I needed at that instant and it was an apple and they said I would get it with my order. I am new to having apple phone so I don't know what works and what doesn't. it wasn't my idea to get an apple phone it was family. I find apple to be overpriced and controlled. I guess since I am getting older I need to be controlled. that won't last. the cable was well made but 24 is a rip off. thanks
It charges very fast especially for the money just has to watch it every once in a while it will stop charging but all you have to do is move the cord and it go straight back to it !
Quit working almost instantly and Walmart wanted me to ship it in for a replacement. I didn't mind exchanging it at the store, but I don't have time to go mail it.
Works great. I've found it's better to just buy name brand cords and look fort them on sale rather than end up with a cord that quits working or doesn't work well as you get with bargain brand cords.
I like I've the longer cord it's just expensive and good to buy on sale and if you're lucky you'll get 3 free Apple MusicApple Tv or something.
Pricey but what do you expect from Apple? I mean remember when they didn't even include a charger with a new $1,000 phone.
It's an official apple charging cable. You can definitely use another brand it should be fine as long as it's rated the same. You're really paying for the brand name over the functionality of the cable.
I love the length of the 2M. Will never purchase an off brand charger for my iPhone. The quality is great and they last a long time until I need to replace it. I was using the shorter one before but I needed something to be able to use my phone in my bed comfortably. The reach is perfect. Came in a tiny box with the cord wrapped as always and I already had my own block so it was very easy to put together and test out if it worked, which it did of course! Appreciate getting this on sale too as they are pricey but still worth it.
It's a fact imho after buying an after market brand lightning cord a couple weeks ago that no.1 the cable was slow to charge out of the box and no.2 the usb c plug end-pin broke away from its socket rendering it unusable after little use prompting me to loosen up and spend the extra cash to purchase a original Apple manufactured lightning cord and have been 100% satisfied ever since. Yeah I'm tickled.. I'll probably try to cut corners again and wind up learning the same ol lessons learned but I now know better.
It is an Apple charging cable. It does what it's supposed to do. It's definitely charges faster than the older Apple charging cable cables . When it comes to Apple products, you are generally better off buying the Apple accessories like the charging cables and the plugs because in my experience, even thought they cost more, they are more durable and last longer. This new Apple charging cable is more durable and looks like it'll last longer than my older Apple charger wires. I also think it's worth the extra money to buy the 2 m wire as opposed to the 1 m wire.
