The textile band is a bit difficult to put on. Is looks safer than the others because stays on the wrist and you have to remove it. It won't cause an accidental drop. But quality for me I don't think it will last as long as the silicone like ones.

Text messages lag, watch does not keep up with phone.

I got this after years and years using a Fitbit. To me a Fitbit was simple to use. Mostly and probably because it was the first smart watch that I owned. I've also had an iPhone since they first came out with them. So, I figured that a watch wouldn't be too difficult to use. But it is to me! I want to see my steps on my Home Screen but can't seem figure out how. This watch seems to lock up often. And sometimes I do something that magnifies some numbers on the Home Screen. I'm not at all sure what causes it. I did figure out how to restart the watch which seemed to be the only way out of that. Aside from those two issues, I think the main reason I'm not happy with this watch is because I don't know how to use it yet?

Fraudulent vendor. Purchased and unable to return because the item sent has a different serial number than the one that's in their system. We've tried returning to two different stores. Called Walmart customer service and they've promised to send us a return label 3 different times and never have.
