Apple Watch SE (2nd Gen) GPS + Cellular 40mm Starlight Aluminum Case with Starlight Sport Band - S/M

We are senior citizens and I gave this to my husband for Christmas. He is active, but has a weak leg and I knew I would not get him to wear one of those fall alert buttons! The heart and activity monitors are also a plus. We are moderately tech savvy, so I admit our granddaughter helped him set it up. I was afraid he would not be able to read it without his reading glasses, but that's not a problem and he loves the watch!! Now I want one!

I love this gps Apple Watch! I ordered the 40mm white with silver and its beautiful! Super easy to set up and pair with my iPhone. I love that I can ping my phone from my watch if I lose my phone. Also, love being able to make calls and answer texts. It has so many features that its literally like wearing a phone on your wrist. Totally worth the money especially to get the 5 instead of the 3. Highly recommend getting this watch! You wont be disappointed

Works just as it should.. I bought this for my husband who’s a mechanic.. it’s helpful while also being affordable, so if he messes it up.. no biggie.

I’ve always wanted one, but I didn’t wanna spend $600 on one in case I didn’t like it and plus I didn’t need all that extra fancy stuff but it works well for what I want it for. And I usually put it on charge before I go out because the battery it’s usually low by evening I never actually seen how long a full charger last so I just keep it charged

I’ve have had it for four days and it’s been a life changer . I know it’s not the newest model but this one works wonders. I wouldn’t understand why you would want more . It works perfectly 100% ! I use it daily it only needs one charge a day . The watch can probably go longer but I use it to track my fitness, my heart rate, and my sleep . Also, Walmarts delivery driver wouldn’t hand it to no one but me and made sure it got to me safely with absolutely no damage . It was completely brand new with no scratches no problems setting it up just overall outstanding .

The watch itself is good! It does everything you ask it to do. The shipping from Walmart is TERRIBLE. Unfortunately they use FedEx. FedEx over promises and under delivers (if they deliver at all)! In my case they didn’t. I eventually had to cancel the order after 5 days and went to the store to pick one up. If you want it within a week or at all just do a store pickup. Even if it’s an hour out of your way.

This isn't about the watch, this is about Walmart.com shipping. I was home when the order arrived. As soon as the doorbell rang, I retrieved the package. The box was sealed. I opened it and the apple box was damaged and the two inner boxes were inside. I opened the inner boxes to make sure the watch was not damaged. The watch and the bands were both missing. I contacted customer service and they are processing a refund, which will take 10 days. I have to spend the money again to purchase since this is a gift for a birthday next week.

As I turned it on, I saw the message saying “ Restart setup? This will reset the device to factory defaults. “ The sentences means the one I bought is not new, or you don’t have to reset it, right? However, I thought I would have bought a totally brand-new one. I didn’t see refurbishment or used on the description page at the time I purchased it. Can someone tell me what I can do about it?

Item arrived with open box. No security seal. Looks like it was a return that was put back out to sell. Luckily the store refunded me but not impressed. Item was in box but had obviously been taken out and potentially used.

I'm extremely disappointed with Walmart's customer service. I ordered a watch during their pre-Black Friday sale, but it never arrived. After investigating, they acknowledged that the package was likely stolen. However, they're refusing to allow me to re-purchase the watch at the original sale price. Their decision leaves me feeling undervalued as a customer. It's unacceptable that they're prioritizing profits over customer satisfaction, especially during the holiday season. I hope they reconsider their stance and make things right. Shannon D.
