Bought the watch about 6 months ago and no issues. I wish it came in better packaging but if that's the only downfall it's worth the price every time. If you want to save a few bucks on an Apple Watch you found the right place!

My first Apple Watch and I went with this seller watch arrived in perfect condition no scratches looked like brand new. Battery charged to 100% great deal

The packaging was non descriptive and didn't look like an I Watch. There were a couple of scratches on the watch face.

Item came very scratch for saying “like new” . Speaker sounds like you're under water . Have to return. Not great quality . Disappointed I have to go back and return .

I expected a used refurbished watch but not one with the amount of scratches this has on it. I have to take it to a repair shop and have them fix the scratches if not replace the entire screen.

Upon purchase, I was guaranteed that this would be a renewed a.k.a. refurbished watch which should have AppleCare on it. But that doesn't matter because the watch does not charge properly. It takes 8 to 10 hours to get a full charge on the watch and it only keeps the charge for half a day. The front and the back are all scratched up when I got it. I've called in when I was concerned when I didn't receive it, but I finally got it and since then I have been refused a refund or a return even though it was supposed to have been “guaranteed” this is why I do not buy from Walmart online. Especially the vendors. It's always no good and renewed is the same as refurbished, which means it should have AppleCare because it was a refurbished device or a renewed device. There is nothing about this device that has been been renewed except for the band, which is too big. It is not the size that I ordered. S/M band was ordered with this watch. I received the large band and as you can see from the picture of the sensors in the back are scratched up. Please do something about this right now. My doctors are not getting the necessary information that they need because it's not reading my vitals properly. The dang watch is broken.

Absolute garbage! As stated, this was supposed to be like new condition with no imperfections seen when viewed at greater than 12”. This goes beyond a judgement call. See yourself from the pictures.

I order three Apple watches from this same vender. All of them have heavy scratches, cracked screens you name it. The watch I received in the mail today claimed to be "refurbish". Don't buy from this vender.

Advertised as “like new”, nowhere close! Absolutely visible dents and scratches for the like new price paid!
