Applegate, Natural Chicken & Sage Breakfast Sausage, 7 oz (Frozen)

When I cook breakfast, I cook sausage as well. I've been looking for a different sage flavor of sausage to try out, and these taste pretty good. I browned them in a pan with some olive oil and flipped them several times, and they were done in about 5 minutes. I like that there are no antibiotics added.

These were pretty good. I will say, that they are only a smidge better than the Marketside brand of the same chicken sausage. I thought these were a softer texture compared to the Marketside. The flavor was fine. The ease of preparation was a plus.

I love the flavor of this sausage. It's really delicious. I love making a wrap with cheese using this. I just put the cheese crumbles on top of the links and after heating it up I pour it into my mission flour wrap with a little whatever sauce , mustard mayo or Kinder's and enjoy. Yum!

I order this product all the time Love it. A staple in our house. Hhis particular item has been hard to find in stock recently. If it doesn't get restocked soon I will no longer shop at Walmart

from frozen, put in a bowl of water for five min, in case of ice crystals, then shake off water and microwave! also great in any egg dish, not only a side.

Delicious flavor in very healthy product. Something without additives or tons of sugar, eating while doing a detox for my body's healing. Thankful for Applegate making chicken %26 sage sausages for me! Also grateful Walmart carries in stores

I really like starting my day with protein. It evens out my appetite for the rest of the day. These are very good and not greasy. They have a slight peppery flavor.

The chicken and sage sausage tastes great with the sage flavor added. Nice and spicy but not too spicy and it cooks well in the microwave. Good numbers compare to some other brands including the sodium. Try it!!!

I love the all-natural nature of these and feel they are much healthier than most sausages out there. The biggest pro for me is the nutritional quality and purer ingredients. The only con I have is that they tend to be a bit greasy. You will want to use a napkin to absorb the grease after heating. Of course, this is just the nature of sausage patties %26 links I think so it's not much of a complaint. Great for breakfast, but also great for adding in egg casseroles, breakfast tortillas, and macaroni and cheese!

when microwaved, they they turn like rubber. the links can be bent completely to 180°, they are dry and csnnot be chewed. No. they were not overcooked.
