I was hesitant to try these because of some of the reviews. I’m really glad I did. I found them moist and flavorful, when warmed in the microwave according to the directions on the box. The spice to me was just right. They are super handy when trying to get breakfast in a rush. The one downside is they are just packaged in the box, with no way to really seal the after opening. I stuck the whole box in a ziplock bag to solve the problem. I would recommend.
Delicious product, highly satisfied. I love the taste, flavor and texture. do not overheat in the microwave or they will be overcooked and not good texture. For a more toddler friendly experience with no spice, I recommend the chicken sausage this brand offers thank you for offering products with no antibiotics ❤️ hopefully in the future you will offer the larger bags for more value like the chicken version.
This is my absolute favorite breakfast sausage! The kids and I give it 10/10! We eat it about twice a week. I throw them in the air fryer to cook while I'm making eggs and sweet potatoes for our breakfast bowls. Once everything is done I cut up the sausage, throw them and the over easy eggs on top of the sweet potatoes. Best breakfast ever! It's my kids favorite breakfast bowls.
Was looking for a healthier turkey sausage for my toddler and he said they are too spicy. I am ok with spice so I tried them and they are in fact too spicy for a toddler with developing taste buds - I don't recommend this for a 2 year old, they seem to OD on the black pepper and it doesn't seem necessary
I do not like sweet sausage, so I really hoped I'd like these. Despite the name, they tasted slightly sweet. I looked at the ingredients, %26 sure enough, sugar was added -- absolutely unnecessary. Other than that, the texture was good, %26 a serving takes only 1 min. 30 sec. in the microwave, quick for weekdays. I probably will not purchase again due to added sugar %26 price, but I hope others enjoy. It is worth a try.
Overwhelming taste of sage and pepper that leaves a strong aftertaste. No one at the table enjoyed it. Also just loose in its cardboard box. No internal packaging for freshness.
The taste is good - it's a tad bit spicy but has plenty of seasonings etc. but the texture is awful - dense and dry, hard to get through. I will stick to the chicken apple version! My son will also not eat this, the spice is too much for young children.
Strange flavor. Too much fennel perhaps? I was trying to get away from the higher glycemic index of the maple chicken but this product just tastes strange, perfumy even.
Thoroughly disappointed! This is my 2nd time getting it and its the same as the 1st time. No taste! I thought I was eating sawdust or cardboard! I wanted to give it a 2nd try hoping the 1st order was just a bad batch. Never ordering this brand again!
My "KEEP FROZEN" Turkey Sausages were packed in the bottom of a paper bag with dry goods on top! I picked up the order on my work lunch break, and 4 hours later, when I brought them inside my home noticed they were not packed with my other COLD items (which I had taken inside my work after lunch and put in the breakroom fridge to keep cold).
