Not as spicy as cured pepperoni but it doesn't have the crap that cured meats have in them. Worked out great on pizza.

Flavor is on point! Wish there was more in the bag, first time purchasing this brand. We used for homemade pizza and it came out great!

Low preservatives and no nitrates are very important to me. I only buy no-nitrate processed meats for my family. What I love about the Applegate Natural Uncured Pepperoni is that taste isn't sacrificed to a healthier option. I do not care for pepperoni myself but purchase this for my family who say it has a nice salt balance. They also like its texture and flavor and say it has a medium spice profile.

I like the big slices better, but small slices are just as good and better for pizza

I got this trying to avoid the nitrates from one of my snack foods, but the flavor (and smell) was pretty bad. I tolerated it once, the second time they just disgusted me and I tossed them. Texture and such is fine, but needs new seasoning (and maybe not mixing pork and beef, can't say I've had that in a pepperoni before).

Expiration date issue. You cannot eat anything uncured with an expiration date issue!!!!

Came spoiled from delivery

This product expired 9/12, but Walmart sold it to me on 9/20. This is the second time they've sold this item either within a week of exoneration or already expired.
