I purchased this necklace for my great niece's birthday. When it came in i realized that it was the birthstone for May which is the Emerald. I ordered the one for August, which is a peridot. The emerald is a dark green peridot is a light green it looks like it has a little yellow in it too. I now have to find something for her birthstone on it and make sure that's correct.

First, the charm itself is very tiny, the pictures are quite misleading. As is the description of it being 925 Sterling Silver, as there is no 925 stamp anywhere to be found. So I had no idea what metal was actually used… Over all the false advertising of 925 silver, the tiny little heart, chain itself being very thin and not very durable at all, the lobster clasp doesn't close all the way, making so the necklace can become unclasped easily, Would NOT recommend unless it's for a kid to play dress up with….

I bought this necklace for its visual attraction. The problem with it is that it is very difficult to have heart set on chain In the correct position. At the midpoint chain. This occurs because of the way the chain is connected to heart and is difficult to maintain the heart at the center of where someone wants to wear it.

i ordered three of them. They were smaller hearts then i thought but very pretty. Two out of the three the chain broke within three days of wearing them. i don't know about the third one because she lives out of state and probably won't tell me. They were Christmas presents and i was very embarrassed that i gave them something that cheap. normal price was not cheap but they were on sale.

This necklace is significantly smaller than the pictures make it look, and when you get it in hand you can tell how horrendously cheap it is. Chain feels like it will break at any second and the actual stone itself looks almost plastic like in person. Complete junk.
