I have a bad back and I won't and tried several of these back supports a various types. This one works extremely well very easy to adjust with the side straps and most importantly does not overheat the back. Other products my back would break out from perspiration. Somehow, this does not do that. Highly recommend.

So far so good! I do wish it was a little wider in a sense to also cover my lower poach. Also when I wrap the secondary support they don't stick over each for a tighter fit. I will definitely continue using it though!

Metal in the brace isn't curved enough to hold my back where I need it to be. Other than that,,, works ok

If you're looking for something on the cheaper size, it will work. I was not really happy how it fit me.

I ordered one that was too small for me. I gave it away.
