Aqua Joe Mini Gear-Driven Oscillating Sprinkler on Sled Base, Customizable Coverage, 4,250 Sq. ft. Max Coverage

So far, this has been the best water sprinkler I have used. It's been a little over a year, and it's still working well. I also enjoy the option of controlling how much coverage you want to use, which comes in handy for slimmer yard areas.

I received this as a gift. The nozzle where the water hose screws on kept popping loose. I had to take a piece of stiff copper wire and insert it behind the flange to keep it from popping loose. I also, purchased another for in laws. Same issue! Manufacturers really need to step up their quality control testing.

Excellent functions and varying sprays. However, the plastic Base cracked by simply moving from one spot to another on the lawn. Also, the water hose Connector is very flimsy, and allow water to escape, loosing pressure to the sprayer. I used a two part Epoxy to Repair the cracked back, and the water connector still leaks. Three Stars is a bit much, but I just really like the function design! I do not reccommend.

Bought two, one leaked at the hose connection on first use but kept trying to use until the connection repeatedly came off. The second started leaking within a week and connection also repeatedly came off thus stopped using completely. The sprayer and adjustments worked fine just that the hose connection to the unit does not stay on the unit and makes the unit unusable.

Broken after only two uses. It's actually a pretty ingenious design that I could get behind and actually like using - *if* it weren't a hunk of crap. It's obviously very cheaply made of all plastic parts, and for 10$ I wasn't expecting much, but it should have lasted for at least a summer and not just two hours of use. So the problem is that, again, the entire assembly is made of plastic, so the plastic attachment that screws onto the hose is just snapped onto the main body of the sprinkler. Under pressure, it just pushes off the main assembly. No rubber O-ring, no metal parts to keep the two parts mated together. I even attempted to fix it by snapping the two back together, but now it sprays water everywhere instead of out of the sprinkler, and after about 60 seconds or so it just pops off. And apparently once it does it the first time, that's it. So, yeah. One star. Great idea; garbage design. Would not recommend; would not buy again. Don't waste your money.

Never able to use. It fell apart the 1st time I tried it. Called manufacturer but nothing has been done.

Has nice features and once connected to hose adjusts well to cover the area you want. But construction is lacking when connecting hose to it the threaded ring snaps off and is difficult to put back on. It is made of too light a material and just a slight tug to move the sprinkler to a better position will cause a disconnect of hose. I plan to jury rig ot with a different hose connection so I can still enjoy its other features.

Bought 3 of these and all 3 could not be used as soon as the water was turned on. Where the hose connects to the base, the coupling popped right off and disconnected allowing water to shoot everywhere! Contacted Aqua Joe customer service and they claim not to have any replacements. After reading the other reviews, I am not the only one who has experienced this problem of poor design.

Horrible plastic design. Not usable. The connection to the hose is plastic and you can't tighten it enough to stop leaking, without the fitting popping off the base.

Took it out of the box and went to attach the hose and everything that was screwed on fell off. Tightened everything up and it sprayed out from every connection point/opening on the entire unit. Check o rings and connection points.... cannot get it to stop leaking out from everywhere and creating a lake around it. Waste of money, even if it is cheap
