it does not have cold water. it is just room temperature. the hot water is terrific and instantly boiling. it cold be cheeper.

The design is sleek and doesn't take up much room on my countertop. It looks gorgeous! The filtration system works AMAZING. This water tastes even better than purified I was getting from the store. Maintenance is so easy, every couple months replace the filter and every few days you fill up the tank with sink water. That's it. Couldn't be more simple. I'm in love with this product.

I like that I can use it for multiple purposes in one machine. It is a little large so it requires space, and it has its own filters you have to buy to replace which may start to get pricey, but I'm interested enough to keep trying it. It's also a very sleek design.

I gave this 4 stars because it didn't get cold enough and heated up my whole kitchen.

Cant get hot water to work. But i purchased it for cool filtered water.
