Aqua Select Resin Step in a Box Ultra Sturdy Steps, Oyster Shell White

These stairs were easy to assemble and what has been missing from our pool, going from a ladder type stairs to these wedding cake stairs are a wonderful change.

So far so good seem well made , assembly was pretty easy! They stay positioned without floating Fingers crossed. they continue to live up to the performance of the first week

I like that the steps don't need weighted down but why do they move? They're heavy so I assumed they wouldn't move with the holes on the top of the each step.

overall, this staircase is great, but improvement would be a curved backside at the bottom to allow for the pool curvature at the base of the walls. Sand is placed under the liner at the bottom of the wall, to dispose of 90° angle, this makes these steps 10" away from the wall at best. I had to modify our deck to extend out to the steps. Otherwise it's possible to fall in in-between steps %26 wall.

I looked through the website, found and ordered the pool step I liked. Payment was easy and secure. Next thing I knew, steps were in my driveway. Easy to assemble and drop in the pool! I will order from them again.

The stairs were perfect for the pool! My toddler loves playing on them when in the pool and they are the perfect size for it because they have a lot of room on them.

Love these steps!! Two adults can set on them! I have two 25 pound bags of sand holding them down!! The only downside is the handle is made very cheap!! Everyone that wants to get out of the pool holds onto the handle. I'm afraid it's going to break!! For the price a sturdier handle should come with them!

Assembly was fairly straight forward, but some of the holes did not quite line up properly, but I was still able to get it assembled with a little effort. The hand rail was very sharp underneath, and cut my hand during assembly. It seemed to have a manufacturing defect, and had to be sanded smooth to make it safe. Once it was sanded, it was ok. Other than the initial issues, the stairs are very sturdy, and make using the pool much more enjoyable.

The steps were easy to put together and are sturdy enough, but they do not have a solid bottom. Instead, they sit on small ledges that are covered with a thin rubber strip to preserver the liner. They do come with a liner pad, but they don't stay in place very well, and I've already had a liner tear because of them. I would most definitely not buy this again. Find one with a solid bottom.

The steps were delivered damaged and the box not even sealed, the handrail on the blue steps are not blue as pictured. This should be noted in the description. Expensive steps and definitely not satisfied. Will have to repair them ourselves which is ridiculous fpr $400 steps. Wouldn't recommend this seller or these pool steps
