These steps are amazing. They are wide and very stable.

Stairs arrived quickly and in great condition. Assembly was easy and they make it easier for some people to exit the pool.

I'm 84 yrs old. my son and I put the ladder together quite easily. Putting the gate on was another story. The pictures were blurry and the directions weren't very good. As of now the gate is in the shed and will not come out unless needed. we have no kids in the family or neighborhood.The ladder itself is great for me and my wife to have easy access to the pool.

I love the steps. The only bad part are the railings to help you walk up. They are not very sturdy.other than that they were easy to assemble. I am pleased with the steps

hard to get over side onto pool once assembled

While this step gives us the stability of large steps to help our disabled child get in the pool, we are less than pleased with the gate. It does not stay secure enough to close properly aligned and so it doesn't close properly and feels unstable. Worth it for the stairs to give our child the ability to get in the pool for sure.

bought steps and outside ladder. instructions didn't tell how irvwhere some of the pieces went. no instructions on how to connect borh parts together. pain to deal with.

Nice stairs but when I got them the sides were solid plastic I had to cut all the webbing for water to float through,also direction said to put 50lbs wt on to keep from floating so I made 2-3”rd pvc wt. about 30” long then I screwed hook on side to hang on side of ladder no trying to put wt underneath,works well.
