Very nice steps. Instructions were a little unclear but managed to get them built relatively easy. Highly recommend, perfect for small kids.

I purchased this almost a month ago. We purchased a new pool so we waited until we got it set up to assemble the steps. We're missing a part. I've reached out multiple times to see if we can get the 1 missing piece shipped to us well over a week ago. Yet still haven't heard from their parts department if they can/will do this. My kids were so excited for these steps and were about to have a birthday party for my youngest and at this rate will not have the missing piece we need to assemble. Totally disappointed and would not recommend.
