Easy to install, no tools needed. It's better then I thought it would be from the advertisement. It is a very good item. Water streams are great. Water pressure is better then I expected. I couldn't use the valve-but it did fit into my existing connection

Was easy installation great instructions , safe secure no leaks or issues. The water pressure is great. The massage feature was great addition. Overall highly recommend upgrading from a traditional hose shower head.

trying to install the shower head was difficult. doesn't seal properly has a small leak at shower end , shower head sit up to high for removing the shower head. it has great water pressure, I ordered it on line , when I replace it I will buy in store only

It was easy to assemble , looked good and functioned as it should. The tape was a little hard to position around the threads and I had to redo it to keep it from leaking water. That comes with practice though and I am not a professional plumber. All in all it suits the purpose of this grandma do it yourselfer very well.

Works well, but leaked slightly

This showerhead is NOT High Pressure, it is low pressure compared to my previous Waterpik showerhead.

This product was delivered to the wrong address. This is not what I had expected.

I have arthritis, I can't grip anything...and this thing split down the middle just gently screwing it in not even half way. I got this, because, the OTHER Walmart showerhead I got, busted after 5 months. All cheap plastic. Going to hardware store now for an actual metal fitting.
