You can actually tell the difference!
When I first got home with this toothpaste I was excited. I went to the bathroom and tried it out. When I first put the stuff in my mouth I immediately thought of lemon cough drops. At first I didn't like the flavor, but I kept using it. After my brush with it I started enjoying the flavor. I would of given ease of use a five star, but the toothpaste comes out of the nozzle a little to fast and after a while the toothpaste a the end of the nozzle foams up which you have to wipe off before each use. You only need a very small amount of the toothpaste because as soon as you put it into your mouth it begins to foam up, and it foams up a lot. The foam feels good in your mouth and after you brush your mouth feels clean and fresh. Also your teeth feel plaque free! This toothpaste makes it fun and enjoyable to brush your teeth!
