My hairdresser uses this on my hair and it always looks and feels soft so I bought some to use at home. It does not make my hair feel crunchy like so many other gels. I let my hair air dry after applying and it defines the curls and looks great all day.
I have very fine curly hair. This stuff works great !
The website description was incorrect. It listed the product as 6 oz. vs. 4 oz. I realized that once the product was shipped and it was only 4 oz. I contacted the seller and they said they would update the description and send another 4 ounces of the product to help make up for the incorrect description. The customer service was very responsive and made up for the mistake.
The product is fine; performs as expected. So the product gets 5 stars. The seller gets 1 star; so an average of 3. I knew the company changed the packaging and it now contains 2 ounces less. Their price also went up making it more expensive per ounce. This website, however, showed original packaging with the 2 additional ounces which is what I was expecting. I thought they might just have some inventory of the old packages. This deceptive advertising is disappointing.
The above photo of the product is not what I received. I have the new product and I don't like it nearly as much. So they switched and sent me something I already had and tried instead of what is shown.
I love this Aquage gel and was happy to find it through Walmart. However, I ordered the 6 oz yet received the 4 oz with no price adjustment that I could see. Be wary of the actual seller of this product… they mislabel their products.
I ordered 6 ounce product and received 4 ounce tubes at the same price. This was 1/3 decrease in product
I received two 4 oz tubes instead of two 6 oz tubes as advertised. I should have been sent an extra tube to make up for the size difference.
the gel did what it it supposed to. Just check the amounts of you items when they arrive to what is being sold
I ordered 4 - 6 oz tubes but received 4 - 4 oz tubes. Seller said that is what she received from the manufacturer. She would not do anything to make up for the 8 oz I was short except for a refund. I am returning my order. They are still advertising 6 oz tubes but have increased the price.
