I have used this product for many, many years. I have a natural curl to my hair, but that's not the look I want. So many of the competitors products are oily. This one doesn't.

Love Aquage hair products, this item makes my thick course hair straight, smooth, and shiny love it, I've been using it for years and all their shampoos and conditioners are wonderful.

I love it
I love Aquage Straightening Ultragel. My hair is frizzy and it smooths it out perfectly. I am disappointed that I can no longer get it at Ulta. When you changed the container that you put it in from the clear blue hard plastic bottle to the soft tube container you also changed the formula of the gel. It was a thinner, more liquid gel and doesn't work as well. I tried other products and didn't like them. When I found that you still sell the original formula on your web site I ordered it from there. I signed up for the monthly delivery. I did order 2 Aquage (the original formula) bottles 2 weeks ago when you had the sale but I haven't been notified when they will be delivered yet. PLEASE continue to make the original formula that comes in the clear blends hard plastic container.

Not so good
I did not care for this product I have used this brand before but a different product It is too greasy and did not actually smooth my hair I was disappointed because I like this brand

This is half the price and looks and feels like the ultra gel but it can't be. It has a masculine hair product scent and is greasier than the original. Honestly, if you use less of it than the original it does work similarly. I'm just not sure what product it really is which bothers me. Based on the price I knew it was likely going to be different than the real stuff- and it is.

Not the same hair gel. There was something in it that made it dry watery. It even separated like there was some thin liquid in it.
