Good item for injured runners
I purchased this item for my daughter (5'3 and 106 lbs) in the small due to an injury sustained from running. She has informed me that this was a perfect item to assist in her recovery. She gets a great workout without the wear and tear of running on a track/ street. She plans on continuing to use this belt once her injury is gone. Our pool is only 5 feet deep. I would recommend this product.

Love it! I am small and was able to tighten the belt enough so it stayed in place.
