Seafood Summer Yummer!
Love making this especially when trying to beat the heat. Makes for an excellent Mexican Style Crab Cocktail and or Mexican Style Crab Tostada 'dish. Enjoy! Best part Zero stove top or oven cooking required and it's delicious in a lettuce wrap or sushi bite.

Very nice tasting imitation crab. Ate half for an afternoon snack. Dipped it in cocktail sauce mixed with fresh diced garlic. : ) mmm

I should have bought the more expensive brand
It tastes like nothing and has the texture of clay. I guess I'll just put my mock crab salad into wraps and never buy this brand again.

I can remember when imitation crab almost tasted like crab. This product had no flavor at all! I would have thrown it away, but I ate it because I told myself that it was healthy
