Like eating mattress topper material?
I've had some nasty imitation crab before. But this one tops the cake of all time worst imitation crab I have EVER had. If you'd like a slight idea, just imagine if someone made that mattress foam topper material edible and then gave said material the slight flavor of watered down expired crab or maybe if someone made erasers edible and flavored it. This was for a recipe and it ruined the ENITRE dish. I ate a piece by itself and rejected it almost immediately.

It made me have a tummy ache
I hate to say it but this fake crab meat literally made me sick at 2:00 a.m....my rumbling tummy woke me up. It is the first time I ate this fake crab meat so I know it was definitely it.

I buy imitation crab meat all the time and this is absolutely nauseating. It tastes nothing like crabmeat. It tastes like fish.
