This is delicious! Whenever I want sushi (and sashimi, yum!) but don't have a chance to go, this comes in EXTREMELY handy. A little soy sauce, a few slices of pickled ginger; it may not be sushi, but it's the next best thing, and it satisfies the craving.

This is the best product for homemade California rolls. I add ginger, pepper and mayonnaise. Then I roll it with cucumber and avocado. Yum!

I've been obsessed with making onigiri and sushi rolls recently, and as someone whos on the spectrum, finding something with the right flavor and texture has been a nightmare. It's been even worse when i go through the ick of shredding the crab my self 😩 this has fantastic flavor, perfect texture and its pre shredded so it cuts down on my prep time! 100% would recommend

Good for California rolls! Mix with a little Kewpie mayo, yum! I would not however recommend the larger flake style of this brand name . Hard, chalky texture and weird flavor. Don't understand why it's like that, the shredded kind is much softer and tastes way better!

Product was good, I enjoyed it the seafood taste wasnt overpowering which is nice, I would buy again
