The very best windshield treatment I have used. I use it on all of our vehicles every fall. It stays clear doesn't turn oily or cloudy like the other products.
Absolutely the best! Better quality and lasts longer than the rainex brand. One applicator can do all of my side windows aswell as the back glass. Watch the water beads roll off! No wipers needed!
Great repellent,easy to apply.
Works so we'll definitely will be buying again!
easy to apply, streak free, and after 2 storms, im happy to say that it works like a champ!
Aquapel® > How it Works How it Works Using technology innovated for the aviation industry, Aquapel Glass Treatment forms a chemical bond with the glass which increases water repellency, causing water to bead and easily shed off the glass. These fluorinated compounds apply in just minutes to a clean, dry windshield or any exterior glass surface, and lasts up to 6 times longer than silicone-based products. Additionally, Aquapel Glass Treatment remains highly effective after months of normal use, including heavy rain and snow, car washing, glass cleaning and salt spray. How to use Aquapel Aquapel® Glass Treatment was developed by PPG Industries, leaders in glass technology. When applied to a vehicle windshield, this innovative product improves vision in the rain, day and night. Aquapel forms a chemical bond with glass, unlike other products that simply coat glass. As a result, Aquapel can last up to 6 times longer than other products. One application can last for months! Directions: Step 1: Clean Thoroughly clean and dry the glass. Step 2: Apply Hold the applicator between the thumb and fingers with the pad down and level over the windshield. Squeeze the wings together until a popping sound is heard and liquid is released onto the pad. Use immediately. Wipe the soft pad of the applicator over the glass up and down then side to side to ensure the glass is well covered. Avoid painted surfaces. Remove liquid from non-glass surfaces with dry paper towel. Step 3: Dry Wipe the glass with a clean dry paper towel immediately after Aquapel has been applied to the entire windshield. Dispose of applicator and paper towel. Failure to wipe immediately may cause hazing that requires additional buffing with a clean dry paper towel. Note: One single-use applicator will treat one windshield or two side windows. Do not let Aquapel air dry onto windshield. When applying to large surface areas treat and dry one half at a time. Application conditions: Do not use in temperatures colder than 50º F or hotter than 90º F or in excessively humid conditions. Once applied, Aquapel® Glass Treatment can be reapplied as needed. Cleaning glass with ordinary glass cleaners will not affect product durability.
it worked just as well as RainX, i did not experience the longevity as advertised. in my opinion it literally lasted about the same amout of time as rainX. However with that being said, it was my first time using and applying this product. I plan on trying it a few more times before i make a final judgement.
I cracked the applicator and most was out of it before I could make it to the passenger side of my car. Also, though one application worked okay for the first rain event, it was pretty much done working after that.
came in an open bag and the liquid was all over the product and bag and came out and made a big mess
ima be honest, i was expecting a lot more. had 0 change on my windshield. it has rained rumerous times after i put it on a week ago and it has been the same
