This pitcher is not only great looking but 12 cups which is bigger than most other brands. It was imperative that the viewing window where the water goes in was clear so people know when it was just filled up. To top it off, the pitcher is compatible with Brita filters and the Walmart "Great Value" filters so they are readily available. The filter meter in the top is not battery powered, it runs move a little each time you open the top for a fill. I like this as well! Overall, cheaper, bigger, and better looking!

I really like that to refill this jug you don't need to take the entire lid off of the jug. It has a center container that you can push up with a latch. Just be sure to push it down firmly, otherwise water will seep out when you pour. Also, at first I didn't think it would be big enough and I would be constantly refilling it but I haven't noticed any difference with the jug I replaced it with. I'm happy with the purchase and would buy again.

Easy to handle. Just right for one person. Design attractive to leave out on counter. Fits in fridge nicely. Made well. Refill filter not to expensive or hard to find.

it's big enough to fill my ice trays without having to wait for second filteration. It's big enough. Too big for a small frig but it doesn't need to be refrigerated

Fits nicely in the fridge with its more narrow design. I used generic filter and worked well. Perfect size for daily uses and refill counter is nice to have instead of trying to remember when you last replaced the filter

Filters water pretty fast !

I truly love this pitcher and filter. I have tried other brands and was not happy with the handle, especially when I have to refill my coffee maker like three times a day. I like that the opening to fill it up is wide and the design is so cool. The taste in the water is the best. Thanks Aquaphor.

The product was false advertising. I was looking for a glass picture, and when I received it, it was plastic and in the details, it said look alike glass, which was a little deceiving.

Like the size, quality and overall look. Assembly instructions are pictures versus words; words are more helpful to me due to poor eyesight. But was able to assemble relatively easily. Lid did not fit well at first; was fine after pressing down more firmly. One slight concern is lid not flush with carafe. My home is plagued by fruit flies and I take extra care that they can't get in for a quick drink. Just used to filter water to wash veggies and satisfied so far.
