Price was reasonable. We received the hot tub much sooner than estimated. Driver was very cool. It was not as hard to move around as I thought. Set up was fairly simple aside from the panel screws and the clips for the cover. They were a little annoying to install. I've been in the hot tub just about every day since I bought it. It has worked flawlessly. The ozone system allows me to use only a little chlorine to keep the water crystal clear. It is a huge step up from an inflatable tub. I love that it was made in the USA. I highly recommend this product.

Set up the spa last weekend. Following directions carefully, but spa is non-functional: throws Sn code unrelentingly, making the water cold and the spa useless. Carefully followed all troubleshooting steps, up to and including unplugging/replugging temp sensors and even purging the pump, but to no avail. We'll see what customer service/warranty responses are (none yet), but as of today I do not recommend - don't waste your money on an expensive product that doesn't work. :(
