So far we love it. We hired an electrician to set it up for the 240 V operation instead of the 120v plug and play because we live in a place that's typically a little more chilly. The instructions for the electrician were included so it made it really easy. The only thing that is a little disappointing is I would like to have a little more pressure at the Jets, but otherwise it heats to 104 degrees and stays warm. Overall extremely happy
The Plug and Play hot tub was easy to set up. You will need help to move it where you need to, it's heavy. Then you level it, fill it up, plug it in and ready to enjoy. We love our purchase.
We had inflatable hot tubs for a couple years. Only regret is we didn't buy this one sooner! We love it!
We love it, we have used it almost every night since we got it and haven't had any issues! Super easy set up and came 2 weeks early!
Have had three hot tubs and this one is the best yet light weight works great The only thing is I wish I had about it sooner.
Easy setup and perfect for the price. Jets aren't super strong but good enough for the price.
looks great and is the perfect setup for us but my only complaints is i can't find steps for it to match unless i want to spend over $200 from the mfg and the Jets aren't as strong as i was hoping for. iMO there equivalent to an inflatable hot tub. However my spouse loves it and thinks it's great. I mainly bought it for him and entertainment purposes but for the price i was hoping for stronger jets at the very least.
I wish I can return it. I was expecting an upgrade from my inflatable $500 hot tub and definitely this is NOT. The water jets massage pressure is the same as the bubbles from a cheap inflatable hot tub. I even purchased the Premium model with the 2.0 HP pump and still not good enough for the investment. There is not pressure in this thing. 29 jets sounds pretty good for a newbie buyer like me but with the tiny/cheap piping and jets they use you can't expect much. I wish I knew better and don't had wasted my money on this . The pros: the shell and heating it's pretty good, the ozone, and every feature works great. Shipping was fast and on point. The retailer ClearWaterPool and Spas has been very fast responding my questions but unfortunately as I learn more about the spa as much as I realized how cheap it is. Absolutely no adjustments in the jets and even worst you can't close them trying to get more pressure in the seat you are. I've called the manufacturer today and changing it from 110 to 220v will give an upgrade to the heating element which being in Florida I don't need but won't do anything with the slow speed pump. Had it for 2 days only and already want to get rid of it If you are looking for an upgrade look somewhere else or if you only want hot water and don't care about the jets it's a good alternative.
